The recent appointments of the two new directors provide the Board with a good balance of legal and financial skills complementing the operational skills already in place with Jim Shedd as CEO.
The Board has thanked Mr McAndrew for his invaluable contribution to the Ngaka mine operations in Tanzania, and looks forward to a continuing relationship with him.
