Corsa has thanked Michael Harrison for his contributions to Corsa's Board of Directors and its Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee since his initial appointment in March 2011.
The directors of the company have appointed Kai Xia to succeed Harrison as a director of the company.
Corsa’s main business is producing and selling metallurgical coal to domestic and international steel producers in the Atlantic and Pacific basin markets.
